I'm assuming that you're looking to add your company's logo and name on the portal (please correct me if that's not it). You can do that (and a lot more) by going to Admin> Helpdesk Rebranding.
For pricing details, you can visit http://freshservice.com/pricing. We offer a free plan [Sprout] for upto 3 agents and a hundred assets. You can always upgrade to the plan as you scale up or in case you'd like more features, from Admin> Plans & Billing.
