For some reason public users cannot search the solutions site regardless even if the article is set to public.
This is weird. I am converting this topic into a ticket. Support will be in touch with you shortly.
I checked your portal and none of the Solutions are Public. Seems like your Solutions are Agents only and nothing comes up for end users. I'd recommend that you login as an Agent and search in the Solutions section and it should be good.
