It would be great if reporting could be carried out on the service catalogue by number of which type of request that is being raised , that can then be drilled down by department, location etc...

We have planned a number of improvements to the reporting module. There are new reports coming up and this is part of the new reports.

Hi Craig, Advanced reporting is very much in active development. But I am sorry but I am not in a position to provide an ETA.
Is there any update on this item? I recently have added the Service Catalog/Request capabilities to our FreshService instance. However, I now find that I can't get any kind of reporting on how many of each kind of request has been made. We truly need some reporting from this feature!
If it is already located somewhere in the software and I just am not seeing it, someone please point me in the right direction.
It's been two years -- is this feature still in development? There's still no reporting or export features with the Service Catalog.
If you are in Garden or higher plans ,you should be able to report on Service Requests from 'Custom Reports'.
We're in Estate. The only options I see for Reports are Tickets, Changes, and Assets.
