One thing that slipped by my radar, since I obviously assumed it exists...
Freshservice does not track the creator of a ticket.
Can you add that logging in?

Any news on this one? It would be really useful as we currently don't know which agent logged a Phone ticket so it is difficult to ask follow up questions if information is missing
This one would be really helpful! This is the most basic of Service Desk metrics, and we cannot report on 'created by'.
