I thought I had asked this before but obviously didn't.
One of the features that has not made the move from "Desk" to "Service" is Agent Collision.
Any timeline for that? I've got 30 hands all mucking about at the same time.
Work has already started on this, Chris. But I am afraid I am not in a position to provide an ETA on that right now. I will keep you posted on this.
Any update on the ETA?
It's listed in the features with regard to pricing, so I'd hope that the company wouldn't list a not-yet-released feature on this front.

I believe that it is available in freshdesk but not in freshservice
Sorry for the delay in replying folks. Agent Collision was rolled out earlier for the Estate Plan for Freshservice.
At the top of your ticket you'll see the following:
Blue circle is when someone is viewing the ticket, red is editing/typing/replying to the ticket.
