It would be handy if from the "My Tasks" list on the dashboard, there were a way to link to the corresponding ticket. Additionally, when viewing the task (either from the "My Tasks" list or on the ticket directly) it would be nice if notes/comments dedicated to that task could be entered, as opposed to in the overall tickets comments. As others have mentioned, similar to a parent/child ticket situation.
