would like to scaleup email commands.
in particular, associate asset to a ticket (via email command).
as far as I see this, it would be the only possibility to integrate monitoring solution with your freshservice.
example: when our monitoring application detect malfunction, it sends alert via email.
this alert can be delivered to FreshService, and with relevent email commands, pharse it and associate the relevent asset involved.
This could be done, but will take some time. May I know which monitoring tool you are using?
