Is there any progress update on when custom/scheduled ticket reports will be available. When we signed up to freshservice a few months ago we were advised they were due to be released in September/October this year. Will be great if they are close to launch :D
Ability to schedule reports on a weekly/monthly/daily basis, is already available for Assets and Change Custom Reports. Custom Ticket reports along with scheduling, is currently in the final stages of testing and is expected to be shipped in November.
Any update on problem and to a lesser extent release being added into the reporting mix?

Sorry about the delay in updating the status of this feature. Custom Ticket Reports along with scheduling is now available under Reports -> New Report -> Tickets. You can learn more about this feature here.
