Configurable / customizable data points that can be emailed & set to a schedule would be ideal, we are waiting for this functionality as well.

Having to manually run reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) is not very fun

Scheduled reports via email should be pretty straight-forward.

Thank you all for your comments on this post. 


Reporting capabilities have been a major ask from customers and we’ve made it our top priority. Following Change Reports (https://support.freshservice.com/solution/articles/211566-creating-custom-reports-for-changes) that was rolled out earlier this quarter, we are working on shipping Asset Reports by the end of this year. Next up is custom reports for Tickets along with the ability to schedule reports via e-mail. At this time, we anticipate this feature will be available by Q1-2016. Please check back here for more updates!

Any update on custom problem reporting? for example easier visibility of number of linked incidents to a problem.

Custom Reports for Problems has already been added to the roadmap. Let us know if there are any specific requirements you might have, that would be helpful for your team to use Custom Problem Reports effectively. Looking forward to your inputs!
